What's the difference between INFORM and ENGAGE?

INFORM is a text-only branded calling solution that can access 2/3 of U.S. carriers and 280+ million USA devices. INFORM is only for calls going into the USA. ENGAGE is a graphic-based branded calling solution that integrates with your company’s mobile app solution. ENGAGE can reach nearly any iOS or Android device in the world.

Who can use ENGAGE?

Any business with a mobile app can benefit from ENGAGE. First Orion supports clients from many different industries including retailers, financial institutions, call and contact centers, and more. If your business makes calls, we can help you connect with your customers.

How is ENGAGE different from Caller ID?

ENGAGE gives you complete control of the appearance of your calls including your business name, logo, and reason for the call. Traditional Caller ID is an optional service for mobile users, and fewer than 10% pay their carrier to use this service. Additionally, Caller ID Name databases aren’t universal. There is no guarantee that your calls will be labeled properly, if at all.
