The winners, which included our Branded Call Enhancement solutions, were chosen “on the basis of their product or service’s ability to help enterprise, SMB, and outsourced contact centers deliver world-class customer experiences,” according to the announcement. First Orion’s Branded Call Enhancement solutions include branded phone call solutions ENGAGE® Branded Call Display and INFORM® Branded Caller ID, which allow businesses to label and brand their outbound calls to show consumers who’s calling and the reason for the call.
