Our international expansion started with an office in London and now we’re getting settled in our fourth location: The United Arab Emirates.
Business has quickly expanded in the UAE – the team is now settled in our new office space in Dubai. We’ve been onboarding First Orion’s first MENA engineer, showing off Engage calling to potential clients, and building space to grow into this rapidly expanding market. The UAE was a natural fit for First Orion, as its tech-driven culture complements solutions like Engage. The on-demand industry is very established, quickly becoming a key piece of day-to-day life in Dubai. Businesses that rely on calls to make their customer experience run smoothly have seen great results from using enhanced calling technology, and as the on-demand culture grows so will the need for our product.
