As Apple rolls out iOS 18 this week, First Orion is here to ensure that your branded calling experience remains seamless. What Has Changed with iOS 18?
- Larger Display Name Font: In iOS 18, the caller’s display name will appear in a larger font, making it more prominent and easier for customers to recognize.
- Smaller Phone Number Font: The phone number font has been slightly reduced in size for a cleaner, more streamlined appearance. This visual adjustment will enhance brand visibility during calls.
While some users may have seen this new format on iOS 17 devices during testing, it is now officially part of the iOS 18 experience.

There is no Impact to the text-display INFORM experience. Whether the device is locked or unlocked, your customers will continue to enjoy the same functionality and visibility provided by First Orion’s INFORM™ solution.
