First Orion is honored to be named one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in Arkansas by Arkansas Business! The award program includes 50 companies and was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Arkansas, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses.

Arkansas Business Best Places to Work

Arkansas Business’ conducts its annual “Best Places to Work” survey by asking employees to anonymously answer questions about their workplace. The survey examines core aspects of a company that make it an enjoyable place for employees, including leadership and planning; corporate culture and communication; employee relationships to supervisors; and pay and benefits.

We are honored to receive this award and to be featured on a list with so many amazing businesses in our home state of Arkansas!

Awards Event

This year, Arkansas Business will honor the awards recipients with a Casino Royale-themed event sponsored by Oaklawn Racing and Casino Resort. The event will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 29 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Little Rock.

At the event, category winners, as well as the 2022 Benchmark Award recipient, will be revealed.
