Sam Baxter

Chief Legal Officer

Sam has been an integral part of First Orion since 2008, initially serving as legal counsel for both the company and Charles Morgan before joining full-time as Chief Legal Officer. A highly regarded attorney–recognized among the top lawyers in Arkansas–he was a founding member of Baxter, Jewell & Dobson, P.A. and is a proud Razorback alum. Outside of the office, Sam is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with his family at the lake and perfecting his skills on the grill.
