Bryan (BK) Smith is the Head of Self-Service Solutions and drives First Orion's business development, customer experience, and operations for Self-Service Solutions at First Orion. BK has 25+ years of Product Marketing and Development experience that allowed him to build and shape the Product organization at First Orion. BK has exercised his leadership skillsets in Telecom and Health & Fitness in organizations such as Alltel Communications, Cricket Wireless, AWCC and ABC Fitness prior to his time at First Orion. BK is passionate about building products from the ground up that solve problems and deliver impactful results to the market. BK attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is a proud Veteran of the United States Army National Guard, and a self-proclaimed ideas geek! BK's superpowers are rooted in helping good people accomplish extraordinary things and has never met a stranger!
